Arzak Restaurant

With three Michelin stars, the Arzak Restaurant is a benchmark in international gastronomy. At this level of restoration, the kitchen takes on a supremely relevant role. A restaurant typically requires a functional kitchen that adapts to their daily routine but this time the design must also consider the exhibition and communication side that the popularity of the chef demands. Onnera was in charge of the custom kitchen furniture for the establishment, undertaking the management, definition, development, manufacture and assembly of Symphony type furniture. These custom kitchens are adapted to the way the staff work and have different cooking elements on the countertop as necessary for the daily work of the restaurant. With gilt finishes and the signature of the chef, Onnera provided the personal touch to this special kitchen.
