The Bõln collections are designed to accommodate a multitude of different scenarios: outdoors or indoors, colourful or neutral, static or malleable. The company has developed its own technology, Flexyskin, which enhances the properties and versatility of plant-based polyurethane foam for use in furniture design. The result is robust and compact components with an organic aesthetic, colourful, soft and comfortable to the touch and inalterable. In addition, the surface of these parts has certified antifungal and antibacterial properties and they are waterproof and flame retardant, facilitating frequent cleaning.
Sustainable
The material used to make Bõln collections comes from plant waste. The proprietary Flexyskin method developed for its manufacture reduces the volume of material used by up to 70% compared to other similar processes. Additionally, energy consumption is lower, because its moulds allow for low temperature manufacturing. Polyurethane foam is also a recyclable and lightweight material, helping to reduce the logistics footprint.

Bõln's collections are devised to inspire and stimulate the creative design of collective spaces. Versatile proposals, with multiple configuration possibilities and great performance, produced according to ecological and sanitary criteria. Flexyskin technology favours continuous use under various circumstances. In addition, the company has adapted to the needs dictated by the health crisis and, therefore, its parts facilitate frequent cleaning and incorporate antifungal and antibacterial properties.
