The Madrid housing complex comprises 84 new-build homes with 2 and 5 bedrooms, large terraces, parking spaces and a storage room. The houses have excellent qualities and are very bright, benefiting from the natural environment in which they are located. Salgar equipped the bathrooms with an ensemble comprising a two drawer (600 mm) two-tone suspended Spirit unit in Sbiancato and a standing Ultrafino Decir basin.
