Mobile panels hung for the windows of a Passivhaus hotel in corrosive seaside environment
Estebro supplied 185 hanging sliding mobile panels for the windows of this modern 4-star hotel built in 2017 according to the Passivhaus standard. Due to its location, in the Miramón technology park, 2.7 km from La Concha beach and 1 km from the estuary, it was necessary to use high quality materials given the humidity and saline environment of the area. The U-40 range of stainless steel 316 fittings were used for the mobile window panels, as this prevents the appearance of rust and corrosions that could generate a large outlay of money in subsequent maintenance
