Scati was responsible for the installation of more than 300 cameras throughout the complex, including thermal cameras for perimeter protection given the abundant vegetation around it. Security at this type of installation really makes all the difference. These measures must be perfectly integrated and coexist in balance with the aesthetics and design of the hotel, prioritizing the comfort and privacy of its guests.
CCTV is used not only for the security of the premises but also to collect information and statistics. Through dashboards you can know the preferences of your guests or use it for more effective control and management of the hotel's own resources (number of personnel, opening/closing facilities, etc.). You can count people in certain rooms (restaurants, lounges, amenities) to know their occupancy level; access to the garage by reading the license plates of the vehicles; the use of facial recognition for the check-in of VIP guests or to allow access to certain rooms. All this, without the need to carry a card.

Motivated by the needs arising from COVID-19, SCATI has developed a dynamic capacity control solution. Making use of smart cameras, the information is updated on a monitor, showing the maximum capacity allowed in the different bars or restaurants in the hotel, as well as the level of occupancy at that time. Using changing colour codes on the application interface enables users know if access is allowed. This information is also displayed centrally in the hotel lobby so that users can decide which restaurant or bar to go to depending on the occupancy level.
